Your roll:

Als Business Analyst bei Arclif Advisors GmbH haben Sie die einzigartige Möglichkeit, Ihr Potenzial in den Bereichen Unternehmensanalyse und Strategieentwicklung voll auszuschöpfen. In dieser Rolle werden Sie massgeblich dazu beitragen, datengestützte Entscheidungen zu treffen und Geschäftsprozesse zu optimieren.

Your tasks:

Conduct business analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and strategies to create data-driven recommendations for customers.

Market and Industry Research: Examining and analyzing market and industry trends to identify and evaluate business opportunities.

Preparation of analysis reports: Preparation and presentation of analysis reports and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.

Customer consulting: Advising customers on business optimization issues, including the development and implementation of strategies.

Project management: Coordination and management of analysis projects, including compliance with schedules and budgets.

Risk management: Identification and assessment of business risks and development of appropriate risk reduction strategies.

Conduct data analysis: Use data analysis to identify business opportunities and optimize processes.

Relationship management: maintaining and building relationships with customers and other stakeholders.

Team support: Supporting the team in various analysis tasks and projects as well as participating in the further development of internal processes and methods.

Your profile:

Academic background: Completed studies in economics, finance, business administration or a related field.

Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in the area of corporate analysis, business intelligence or a similar environment.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business data and complex issues.

Communication skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with various departments and external partners.

Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently and solution-oriented under pressure.

IT knowledge: Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with business intelligence tools is a plus.

Willingness to learn: Openness to ongoing training and adapting to new challenges and technologies.
